This means we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges on any items once they have been printed and delivered. Please ensure you carefully review your order details, including design, colors, sizes, and quantities, before approving your final proof.
What to Do Before Approving Your Order:
- Review Your Proof Carefully: We will provide a digital proof for your approval before production begins. It is your responsibility to thoroughly check this proof for any errors in design, spelling, grammar, colors, and sizing.
- Confirm Sizing: We recommend consulting our sizing charts (available upon request or on our website) to ensure you order the correct sizes. If you are unsure, please ask us for samples to verify fit before placing a large order.
- Check Quantities: Double-check that the quantities for each item and size are accurate to your needs.
Exceptions (Very Limited):
While all sales are generally final, we want you to be happy with your order. In the rare event that an item is misprinted or arrives damaged due to a verifiable error on the part of The Shirt Shop TX, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and, if determined to be our error, work with you to find a satisfactory solution, which may include a reprint or credit. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition for evaluation.
